Renewal PR hasn't shown up since July!

Hello guys,

So I submitted my PR application on July 18, 2014. Unfortunately, I did not use mail tracking when sending it. Therefore, I got no proof if CIC has received it or not. Up till today, Jan 5 2015, my PR renewal process hasn't shown up on the website.

On the other hand, I checked the CIC website that says "processing applicants before July 24, 2014".
Do you think they lost my application or ...?

Not all applications in process do show up online. My cousin's online status was non existent until 17 days before they sent him his card.
I say give them a call.

It's crazy that all these times I try to call, they just can't reply. And in the end after putting all the call keypad, they just hung up...
