renew your work permit with a negative decision

Hi,

My work permit will expired within 7 months (January 2020), and I would like to renew it. The problem is:

1. I had a negative decision (April, 2019), but I will go with the humanitarian asylum after one year from the received negative decision
2. My Refuge Claimant Document will expire on (November, 2019)

So, can I renew my work permit? What is the process, and is it free ?
And What about the Refuge Claimant Document; is it renewable?

Please advice.
