my PR card expires next january. how long before it should i apply for the renewal? has anyone else here done it? (i have met my residency obligations. only been out of the country 152 days ( something like that)
i would be most grateful for anyones advice. i have checked the websites for cic etc...but cannot find how long before it expires i can send it in.
i am planning on applying for citizenship early next year.
