renew online work permit

Hi guys

I applied online to extend my work permit, but I haven't received any confirmation email saying that my application was transmitted.
I was wondering how long it takes, because before (2010) I applied online and I remember that I got an email right away with the confirmation that my application was transmitted. Moreover it came with the application number.

It took around 12 hours to get a notification that my file was successful transmitted.
