1. Hi, i have 3 years PGWP valid till June 2015. I left Canada on September 2012, and now I want to re-enter. Do I need to renew my permit or visa or I can re-enter with no problem, as they both are still valid?
2. Once I enter Canada and begin to work, my one year work experience will be from June 2014-June 2015 to apply for CEC. Do i have to apply for LMO, or I have to leave country and apply for CEC from outside of Canada?
I am from Azerbaijan.
Thank you.

Please see my responses below. Alternatively, you may want to consider moving to a province that has a more "future immigrant friendly" PNP (like Manitoba, Alberta, PEI, etc.).

Do i have to apply for LMO, or I have to leave country and apply for CEC from outside of Canada? It's hard to answer this question at this point because the Canadian Immigration system is changing to Express Entry system. It's primarily going to work on matching potential immigrants with labour and economic demands of Canada. None of us know all the details of this new system but it is expected to take effect on January 2015. How this is going to affect 2015 applicants, we don't know. Hence, the requirements to apply for a bridging open work permit will also change. However, after your PGWP expires, you will need a LMO to apply for a work permit. Also bear in mind that your closed work permit (in case you manage to get a LMO) will be valid for only 1 year as you currently hold a 3 year work permit and also because Immigration issues work permits valid for a maximum of 4 years, after which yuo will have to wait for another 4 years in order to be able to apply for a work permit in Canada.

I am from Azerbaijan.
Thank you.

No - you can't extend it. You either use it when it's given to you or you lose it.
