Its not included.

Courier service is optional , but you have to pay if you use the service .

You have to pay , then you will get a label , print that , and put on your package . When they come to collect , give them the package . They will take that . After that they will return that at your home address.

Hi All. I got my student visa in 2018 and m planning to move to Canada this year (deferred intake) fr my Masters by July 2019. My passport is going to expire by June 2020 . Can I get my passports renewed in Toronto as soon as possible (Aug 2019) ?
Post this how do i go about extending my study permit?

I did not go physically , I send my application form through Purolator . I got it in about 15 working days.

I have been asked to pay $60 for pick up and drop but the bls website says $35 for pick up and drop.. i called them and they said $35 is no more available.

In this time of corona, I do not think you have much choice, you have to go with what they are offering.

The fees for a new passport is 110 $ I think.

It was in 2017 . I paid around 65 $ .

They came for pick up. But when it came to drop of , they send me intimation by post , I did not see it. So I myself went personally to get it. So I think you need to be careful when it comes for drop , make sure you check your post regularly , because I do not think they bother to call much

Hi everyone, I sent my indian passport renewal documents through puralator, it been over a weeks since they got it. I’m not able to track my application status. It says no records found on the Bls website.

any idea how long it takes for them to even update it on the website?

Hello friends.. please guide as I have submitted my passport on 6th of May’20 at BLS- Brampton and from last 4 days bls system tracker for Indian Passport renewal is showing.
Status: Processing at Consulate General
... how many more days CG will take to process and dispatch my passport.

Did you go through a period where the BLS site said “No records found.” If so, how long did it take for the status to change to “Processing at Consulate General?”
