Hi all,

My current Immigration consultant has refused to provide my Express entry ITA and is not even willing to provide me any information access such as my Express entry file number.
I have decided to remove him from representing by filling out the Use of Rep form.
Since my Immigration consultant did all the paper work and created the profile, I don’t have any access to any information.
Would i be able to get access to my profile and all the steps that my file is currently at.
And would it affect my PR file in any way if i remove my consultant from representation.

Please advise. Any help would a great help.

Thank you.

Removing your lawyer won't impact your application.

After removing him from representing, Do i need to create a new account and which place can i go to create the account.

Sorry - I don't know the answer to that question.

He is in Canada. Everytime i call he doesn’t pick up my call and has lame excuses for not providing me with any of the basic information i need on my file.

Is your lawyer a Canadian (provincial obviously) licensed member of the relevant bar?

-If not, report that lawyer to the relevant bar association and/or authorities.

-If so, contact that bar assocation with your issue to ensure that when you cancel the lawyer's representation of you, that all necessary information including log-in, copies of what was filed on your behalf, etc., is provided to you. (And subsequently file proper complaint if you still wish to)

Sorry, there is a small change i just made in the thread I created. My representative is actually an Immigration consultant. So, would all the steps you mentioned still be required or would only removing him from my representation be enough.

There is some kind of procedure for licensing immigration consultants and I would guess some way to complain, but I don't know anything about that.
