I have worked 11 months inside Canada
+ 1 month remote working from outside of Canada but still received salary (the same employer and continuously)

Is it count as 12 months for CEC?

Thanks. Another question is that is it important to be in Canada when receiving ITA at the moment? Is it possible to proceed with the PR procedure (CEC) from outside of Canada?
