I have foreign experience, I worked remotely for 3 years from my country (Colombia) for an US company, I worked full-time but my payments were sporadic, sometimes depending on the project I got paid everything after 2 months, sometimes every 2 weeks, therefore the salary was variable. Is it valid to put those 3 years as a foreign work experience ? If so, I'm not sure what to put in the field "Country of work" if my country where I was working, or the company's country (US).
