Reminder to submit medicals

I just received a reminder mail from Buffalo to submit medicals for spouse and child, I had already done it a few months back, not sure why they are sending this reminder.

Experts, any thoughts?

Send them an email immidiately
Maybe they asked you to do someextra checks and the letter was lost, so theyre waiting for the updates.
