Reminder to members-IMM5669

Hi members,

Further to the receipts of the medical forms earlier today, I got another email from CIC to provide updated IMM 5669 from the AGE 18.

We had discussed in another post about a month ago, and it is true that we need to fill in the personal history from age 18 and past 10 years are not right. The wording in the checklist is very confusing.

This post serves as a reminder for all who are over 28 years old to avoid any confusions.

Does this mean that if I am e.g. 40 y/o I need to provide my story since 18? The forms and the guide are very clear that one should go back only 10 years if is more than 28 years old.

At the time of application, only 10 years is necessary. In case of your example 30 years and onward.

If they ask for more later on that's a different story.

Hey man, this happened to me and some others as I read from this forum and Trackitts. The wording in the checklist is very confusing, that is why I only wrote for last 10 years, but I got requested (I am middle 30s). I kind of suggest to trace back since 18 to be safer and avoid potential delays. But up to you.

I remember one post from Trackitts which is funny, the OP was requested 4 times of the form as he got confused as well. Think he is around 50.
