If you are residing in India, your PPR can be sent from any office and your file will then be transferred to NDVO, or it may be transferred and then then NDVO send the PPR.

Will depend on a case by case basis.

Date Remedical Given: February 7th, 2020
Date Remedical Passed: February 12th, 2020

With god's grace, we have received the Ready for Visa Email just few minutes ago. The good news came exact after 15 months.

Here is our timeline:
AOR: November 11th 2018
ADR (RCMP Clearance): May 2019
ADR (Updated POF) Jan 17th 2020
ADR (Remedicals) Jan 27th 2020
Remedicals done: Jan 30th 2020
Medicals Passed Feb 9th 2020
PPR: February 12th 2020

We received it via email, and also as a message in our profile. However, after passing our re-medical on Feb 28th, the file is not moving again. I called them couple of times, and I was told that everything has passed on my application, just the final review is pending. I assume the delay is due to COVID.

Hi Y@$h. I see that your Application was Approved Online on 08-Oct-2020 after you did your remedial? Can you share the date of expiry of your new visa or COPR? Is it till the validity of your new medical? Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Passports submitted -16 Nov to New York VISA Application Center
Passports received -17 Nov and submitted to IRCC
Passports received -18 Nov by IRCC
19 Nov Profile updated to approved and showing counterfoil dates and received a letter in the profile which had details about COPR and visa for me and my dependant, passports dispatched to VAC.
20 Nov Passports sent back to me.
