Relocation after PR -- other province allowed?

as a sponsored spouse, after I land and we get settled, how long (if at all) are we obligated to remain in, for example, Ontario. Say we wanted to move to Montreal.... Are there any restrictions? (I recall Quebec had slightly different paperwork than what we submitted for PR)
