Hi there!
For question 'Do you have any relatives (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) living in Canada?'
I'm not sure if relatives include nephew or niece? And my mother has a sister living in Canada, but she doesn't has her sister's information (no close contact) when she applied tourist visa to Canada before, so she didn't put her name in the form for family member as she can not provide the required information, I know it's kind of a mistake, but don't realize any problem at that time.
now for the spouse sponsorship, I have to put my aunts in the form 5532 as a relative, would this impact my application, say if visa officer will review the application documents of my mother and find this problem and ask why, shall I attach an explanation letter for this, or wait till they question?
And is it any impact on sponsorship if I have relatives in Canada, say visa officer think you want to immigrate because you have relatives in the country?
Thanks.

Yes include your nieces and nephews as they are related to you by blood.

Yes having relatives in Canada will impact your application as it possibly shows you are marrying just to reunite with them. Most important is how you and your husband met and it should be a long courtship before marriage with a traditional ceremony

Thanks, and my biggest concern is that my mom didn't include her sister who living in Canada in the form as she doesn't has her sister's information (no close contact) when she applied tourist visa to Canada before, now I need to put my aunts in the form 5532 as a relative, would this impact my application, say if visa officer will review the application documents of my mother and find this problem and ask why, shall I need to explain that or not?

Your mom committed misrepresentation by not disclosing the information properly. It has no impact to yours if you disclose it.
Her tourist visa app vs your PR app, you can see which one is more serious if one commits misrepresentation?

Just state the truth in your application.

Put your Aunt information in the form 5532 as a relative (if you don't have your aunts complete info, you may provide explanation).......providing your aunts information your mum did not earlier provide wouldn't be a problem and don't worry about it.....its good to be honest and provide IRCC those details.

Your spousal sponsorship application will be approved based on the proof and genuineness of your marriage/relationship and supporting documents.

The question......

2.Do you have any relatives (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) living in Canada? If yes, give their full name(s), address(es) and relationship to you. You do not have to list family members listed on the Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406).

IRCC definition of relative......refer.....Glossary....

Relative
A person who is related to another person by blood or adoption.

Your Aunt's husband is not your relative by blood or adoption.....aunts, uncles, cousins, etc......so you don't have to include her husband.

Nice response!
What about a cousin of the father?
Cousin of the father is related to him by blood.
Please share your thoughts.

list your relatives......you may use a separate sheet

I need help with this question to. On the IMM 5532 form Part B Question 2, it asks, "Do you have any relatives (including aunt's, uncles, cousins, etc.) living in Canada? If yes, give their full name(s), address(es), and relationship to you. You do not have to list family members listed on the Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406)."

So in this case the applicant is married to her cousin from her father's side. She has many relatives living in Canada. Does she need to list everyone or just fill in the 4 boxes of any relative. Also I find it impossible to write the full address including postal code in that small box when filing it in PDF format.

Also for question 1 it asks, "Before this relationship, was your sponsor related to you in any way? Since applicant and sponsor are cousins from father side how do they fill it out. Also do only the 4 boxes have to be filled or do you have to list everyone which would easily surpass almost 100 people.

if applicant is married to her cousin from her father's side.....you may need to provide an explanation letter.

Also I find it impossible to write the full address including postal code.......provide whatever you have and explain.
