Needs assistance on the issue of having relatives in Canada. I got a cousin that is son to my uncle in Alberta. Can is claim points from him? Because the categories of relatives in Canada does not define cousins but relationship by blood.
Please can someone throw more light on this?
Thanks

NO

Both of you should share the same blood from your either parents. He/she cannot be your cousin for claiming their points.

You can totally apply. You get points for proficiency in either English or French or both.

Hello everyone, would like to kindly seek your expert advise. My spouse has an aunt-in-law in Canada (her mother's sister-in-law) which we declared on our MPNP application but not on our EE profile. We dont have the intention of claiming adaptability points from her and we already got MPNP nomination thru strategic initiative. My question is, should we now declare her on our post ITA full EE application submission as we have declared her in MPNP? Thank you all so much in advance!

@sam3218 hi there, would really appreciate it if you could shed some light :) thank you so much :)
