Dear all,
I am willing to keep my file in for fsw 2013. one thins is that my relatives is already in canada and is State provincal nominne but not PR Card holder. I have to show in my file the details of him as i cannot get relatives point thanto. If my file is under process and he get's Pr card than what is the procedure to update my relatives status in file. please reply i am in confusion. I have points to put my file even if i cannot show relatives in canada

If you have sufficient points to meet the eligibility criteria, even then there is no harm in mentioning about your relative. If they are asking, do you have any relatives..simply say yes. If they would consider and give you 5 more points, what is the harm in that. If not, you have sufficient points.

Cheers!!

BUT WHAT SHOULD I TICK IN FORM IF I SELECT. yes or no : IN THE FORM IT IS WRITTEN THAT DO you or, if applicable your accomplying spouse or common law partner, have relative in canada who is citizen or permanent resident of canada?

If you want points...Yes....otherwise No.....It is simple. You are going to provide details anyways somewhere in the form about it and not sure but there is going to be a mention that the relative is related to you some how.
