I have been invited to apply for PR to IRCC through Express Entry under the provincial nomination scheme. My cousin in Manitoba sponsored me for the MPNP. Do I still have to meet the relative in canada requirement for federal skilled workers overseas, because I do not find cousin among the list of relatives, and if my answer to rhis is "no" in my application, will it affect my application ?
