I would like to know what needs to be filled in the Location column? Should I fill the complete address or the city name should be fine?

I am on the verge of completing the forms. Please help me in this regard.

So you want to know what to put for the location? Not sure of your question.

I don't think the specific address of any celebration/ceremony is necessarily needed in the part of describing it.. Something like "Hilton hotel, downtown Ottawa" would be sufficient and the details of the event.
