Hello, I am trying to apply for PPC from Indian Embassy and have a couple questions related to the same.
1. Where do I need to apply? as I am from state of wyoming, and no indian embassy is close to me. Is there any general rule to apply certain embassy from certain area? or can apply any of the embassy?
2. Do I need to send original passport?
3. Do I need to send only new passport or old one as well?
4. I am married, but I have not changed my name or address on my legal documents. Which address should I put as a permanent address on the form?
