Rejection reason - Purpose of visit

i submitted my documents with Letter of acceptance dated Jan23. However i got updated letter of acceptance dated as Feb13 from college and updated the same to the embassy to which they acknowledged also
Today i got a rejection stating Purpose of visit. Any suggestion?

Indian nationality working in UAE- applied Online application- for student visa - on 12Dec - for course commencing Jan23.
submitted new LOA for date Feb 13. Got a rejection today with reason stating Purpose of Visit and ties to resident country

- What is your past education history? What sort of marks did you have? What were you planning on studying in Canada? What sort of work experience do you have? How much did you show in funds? What proof of ties to your home country / country of residence did you apply? Etc. Etc. Etc.
