Rejection if happen?

Hello Experts,

I have query, on what basis does rejection happens of a candidate?

if we have all the documents ready, suffecient funds .Are there any chances getting a rejection for Nomination ?

If educational qualification, job experience and intended NOC eligibility are different . Forced them to match each other.

My Education is BCA, MSc(I.T), 10 years of experience in IT field ( SAP Consultant) , job code is 2171..

If about 70% duties match with their expected then no problem .
This noc is in NOVA Scotia PNP demand list.
