rejection for student visa - need help

Hello ,

Iam from INDIA. My SDS student visa application got submitted on June 16, 2022. I received a rejection letter on 22nd Aug, 2022. Below are the reasons mentioned:

" I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay". I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable .


It also mentions that I can reapply. My query is - can someone please guide me how to reply precisely for these qns ? Any consultants from INDIA who can offer specialized service to assist me here? It is been really stressful since past 8 months and now it is even more now. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

You need to provide your full profile.

Based on the limited information above, it seems you have picked the wrong program to study in Canada. But again, you need to provide your full profile.

I would personally stay away from consultants and apply yourself.

To add to Scylla, your profile should include information like, what you studied back in India (Masters, bachelors?), when you graduated, whether you have work experience (number of years?), and what program and where you applied to in Canada. Just for clarification. Hope it's clear. . None of us can help unless we know that information.

You should request the GCMS notes so that you can see in detail the VO's comments regarding his reasons for refusing your application. It's the only way of knowing for sure what elements of your profile / application made him question your Study Permit application.
