Rejected PR application: How to obtain original documents; reapply; refund

There are two such rejections cases till now. And strange part is that for the first case, email came from CPC-Sydney and this one has come from CIO-Sydney.
 
Sorry to hear about your rejection and don't even waste your time requesting original documents back. im almost positive they are not going to send it to to you ( and if they did .. knowing the speed of these guys .. you would have even collected all the documents from scratch by the time they mail you these documents) . whenever your in doubt sbout something always ask the seniors here before mailing your application. Please retake your ielts ASAP and apply.
 
Also you need to get minimum 6 in reading, writing, speaking and listening for skill level A or 0 job. Keep that in mind this time. The CIC decison is rightful and don't bother squandering about the scores anymore.Good luck!
 
Another case of rejection coming from CIO Sydney . Seniors any idea whether the CIO has started doing some basic assessment on eligibility other than sending AOR?
 
I am just throwing an idea here...Please do not consider this as definetly true...Dont want to mislead anyone...

May be offices other than CPP Ottawa are trying to take some load Ottawa after the visa office closures last year or may be CIC is trying to review the apps whereever possible and send out the decision asap without having to wait for 8 months for a rejection..
 
@yahoo7: I agree with the latter half of what you said. We all know CEC is pass or fail. CIO should be able to assess the eiligibilty as well (apart from just verifying whether people have sent out all the required docs) and send out rejections as early as possible. It's sooooooo frustrating that people have to wait freakin 8 months to find out they are not eligible. Also , forwarding these ineligible applications to CPP-O makes no sense and is waste of time. It will be awesome if this is the beginning of a change in this stupid process!
 
From the responses so far, reapply is solution starting from the scratch & consult this forum before sending the documents. Thanks again for overwhelming responses.

Another important point to share,
In this case, I was the main applicant with 2 dependents. That is myself+Spouse+Son-> 3 applications all together.
My application is rejected. Wondering what will be the status of other 2 applicants? Perhaps await a week or so to receive email from them? I believe every applicant will have unique application ID. Just like UCI ID.

I was the only one who took IELTS test being main applicant, as per the guidline.

All of you have been rejected. If the main applicant is rejected then all of the dependents are refused as well. Don't wait. Get another application together listing your spouse and son as dependents.
 
My understanding is that if the principal applicant gets rejected so does the dependants. So don't worry about the dependants. Lets just say all of you got refused.
 
s, if the principal app is rejected, it means that everyones app is rejected..

sorry about this... mine was refused last year sent them an email to get my papers and no one replied... also called them .. and when i said i want my original ielts as i don't even have a copy of it.. she rudely refused and said do it again!!!!

could you please kindly let us know what your application status on ECAS was during the rejection. Was it "IN PROCESS" OR "APPLICATION RECEIEVED".

ECAS states "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Tried with client ID with/without hyphen & did not work. Tried with Application number & no luck neither.
