There is an appeals process wherein you can appeal this decision within 30 days of rejection. You will need to hire/consult a Canadian lawyer if you want to take this matter forward. Usually CIC are very objective when it comes to issues such as marriage. I bet you slipped somewhere in the process. Try to think what you DIDN'T SHOW and arrange for a lawyer ASAP.

Hey kamaljun009,

Quick questions for you: Is your marriage genuine?
Did u and your wife pass medicals ?
If the answers to these are YES, u can PM me and I can guide you.

yes our marriage is genuine and we passed medicals.
MARK how much time i have to wait for appeal decision? and whats a procedure?

write the embassy and explain your customs and why your marriage is simple. We hope it works for you, and good luck.

Hi kamaljun009 ,

i am really sorry to hear that they have denied such a Geniune case.. i cannot beleive that this has happened to anyone and visa has been denied on marriage context...Even i have to go through this Test next Month....i cannot even imagine what you have been going through....However this is not the end of the world....u talk to a lawyer or a Solicitor and ask what option you have got... Dont think that ur dreams have been shaterred...Its has not been shaterred ...its been delayed for some time.....

Kamal can u please share ur INT experience with me as i have to go for an INT early next Month and also please share the following:-

1) Have you submitted marriage Certificate or took it along with you...
2) Does your passport had ur wife's name in it...
3) What proof have u shown that u and ur wife are staying together...
4) Have you accompanied your wife along with you for the Interview..
5) share ur NOC Code..
6) Questions asked during interview...

Ur inputs are very valuable for me to get an insight of how the interview is going to be and questions that they are going to be asked...

Regards
Amrit

Appeal would be right remedy. Go for it, it takes about 1 year to decide and normally lawyers charge between 2000 -4000 CAD.
There are too much marriage fraud and due to it VO's require strict proof of marriage.

If you have pictures of you and your wife before the marriage, this would help. plus any other documents to prove that there was an ongoing relationship long before the marriage took place. bank account, life insurance policies, health insurance plan, purchase of property together, children together with birth certificate or DNA results.... anything.

ASAP write to the program manager in your local visa office highlighting that you are not at all satisfied with the decision and send all the proof again regarding your marriage. I will try and search for key contacts for immigration officials and send you their email ID's. I know its really sad if this kind of things happens.

I am sorry I am mentioning this again but I hope all your claims are true and genuine

Please remember that you and if you will be writing to the minister its not suggested but since and as you are a genuine case as you suggest then you can try writing to him, Local Visa office high commissioner
