did you initially applied as single or in common-law relationship?

Rocky give me contacts as soon as u got the right one. I m goind to write to ministries.

Kamal,

I would suggest you one thing. Firstly get your marriage registered if you have not yet done it. Secondly, do the appeal if you have not done so. You can use David Cohen as a laywer. He is real expert. he can help you for your. you can visit canadavisa.com and send a query there or can call them in person on phone. www.canadavisa.com the owners of this forum man. Do it fast before its too late. This will certainly help.

Hi kamaljun009 ,

i am really sorry to hear that they have denied such a Geniune case.. i cannot beleive that this has happened to anyone and visa has been denied on marriage context...Even i have to go through this Test next Month....i cannot even imagine what you have been going through....However this is not the end of the world....u talk to a lawyer or a Solicitor and ask what option you have got... Dont think that ur dreams have been shaterred...Its has not been shaterred ...its been delayed for some time.....

Kamal can u please share ur INT experience with me as i have to go for an INT early next Month and also please share the following:-

1) Have you submitted marriage Certificate or took it along with you...
2) Does your passport had ur wife's name in it...
3) What proof have u shown that u and ur wife are staying together...
4) Have you accompanied your wife along with you for the Interview..
5) share ur NOC Code..
6) Questions asked during interview...

Ur inputs are very valuable for me to get an insight of how the interview is going to be and questions that they are going to be asked...

Regards
Amrit

I hope you have got your marriage registered and and provided the marriage registration certificate as well. Please clarify

Yes marriage is registered one and i attached the certificate also. That officer also pointed over education difference between us. I said that we live together for more than a year. He replied then why ur answers are not matched. Actually the way he put questions was different. We didn,t understand clearly. But he was not agreed. What proofs we now collect to attached with appeal?

Hi Kamal,

I dont Know what proofs u have submitted , however i suggest you to submit the following proofs:-

1) you can show ur passports details where the wife's name is embedded (At the back side)
2) IF both of you are working..get a copy of the address proof on the Letter Head... and make sure that wife letter contains husband's Name and not father's Name and the address as well
3) Bank Statements Address;Insurance policy Address etc...any savings ....
4) Marriage Certificate....Marriage CDS and Snap...etc....

Hope This helps
