Hello, my question may seem silly but I ask it anyway, if someone has applied for rehabilitation in the past and has been approved and received a visitor's visa and has even visited Canada as a result. When his visitor visa expires, does he have to apply for rehabilitation again? Logically no, since he has already been approved, the new visitor visa application was filed 3 months ago with no response so we are starting to wonder. Thank you
