While creating profile, I encountered with a question "Some jobs are regulated in Canada. You would need a license or certification to practice these jobs. Do you know if your primary occupation or trade is regulated?"
My NOC is 1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants which is regulated occupation.

My question is I am ACCA member, How should I answer further questions if I select YES to above question? Does ACCA count as a certification to practice regulated occupation in Canada? Or I need to get CPA. How to answer questions in CIC profile

I am not a CA, however I have a lot of CA friends in Canada who have had ACCA accreditation. In my opinion the answer to this questions should be Yes and you do need to pass CPA to be able to practice in Canada, however if your certification is transferable (like one of my friends london certification was) you would only have to apply for CPA rather than appearing for an examination.
Please try to contact some of your CA friends, colleagues, acquaintances who have moved to Canada to get a clearer picture.
All the best.
