Registered with Job Bank: On MyCIC it still reads: Job Bank Registration Pending

I am facing the same issue although I have got a message saying I have been accepted into the Express Entry. However, the Job Bank registration is showing as pending and the Profile status is 'Pending Additional Information' rather than active. My points are showing correctly below that though. What should I do?

You just need to wait for 24h and it will update itself. It's as simple as that. Though I know how impatient you feel - I was in your shoes 2 weeks ago.

Hi All,

So here is my experience,

I submitted my Express Entry Profile on 09 November 2015 and immediately got a message with EE Profile Number, link to register to the Job Bank and job seeker validation code.

I followed all the instructions to register to the job bank and CIC EE showed the status as "Job Bank Registration Pending". I had already received the message welcoming me to the EE Pool.

I did the same thing as most of us did, panicked. Then I checked the blogs and decided to keep quiet for some time.

Exactly after 24 hours my EE Profile status changed to "Open" and Job Bank Registration status showed as "Accepted".

So my request is to give system some time before panicking.

I am a bachelor of mechanical engineering and master of engineering in Advanced Engineering Management.
I am in confusion to select the level of education to create profile in job bank of Canada.
should i select "Mechanical engineering, Bachelor's degree + Other engineering related fields, Master's degree and up" or only "Mechanical engineering, Master's degree and up " ? Thank you for your attention.

Hi,

I went through the same, got the message of being in the pool, however the profile got active now due to job bank sync, now in this mean time of 12 hours there was a draw, any idea if I would be counted in or would I not?
