I am a Canadian tourist visa, and if I create an account in my name on the following website and do not take any action, it will be difficult for me.

I am here now with a tourist visa. I created an account in my own name to apply for a student visa.
I decided to hire a lawyer to do the study visa.
My question is that I registered in my own name but I did not apply for a visa. I gave the visa to the lawyer to do it.
Now I created an account in my name, isn't there a problem?
