They extend the same privilege of extra luggage which you get from the international flight.

If you've booked a through ticket from India till your final destination then you don't need to worry. Just check-in your bag from India and collect it at your destination. However, normally a domestic flight in Canada permits 1 bag of 23 kgs plus hand luggage. You can check-in another bag of 23 kgs by paying just $20 extra.
