Regards to visiting

I was refused in 2010 and ever since then I couldn't have go for another appointment for visiting visa and I need your help regard on how to gain visiting visa to Canada. Am from Nigeria in west Africa . Am married with kids . I just want to visit

You also need to address the reasons for refusal whether it was ties to your country, or finances or purposes of visit etc.
