My name is Saad and I m from Pakistan but since last 4 years I m in Australia on student visa. Do i need to submit Australian police certificate or my home country Pakistan police certificate.

After 18 yrs of age, where ever you have lived for above 6 months then u must have to submit police certificate of each cities or countries..

Say if i have lived in the USA on a Visit Visa for 8 months? ( Back in 2005), then do i have to submit police certificate for that as well?

u cant hide the things , FBI clearance certificate is now compulsory..... otherwisw CIC will ask you during the processing of ur application.
