Regarding work reference letter

Hi everyone,

I received my work reference letter from my previous place of work, and it is titled "Verification of Employment for Dr. Joyce Onyema"

I want to clarify if the title above is also acceptable for a work reference letter for express entry under the federal skilled workers program.

Also, I'm married. Is it vital that I add "Mrs." to my name in the title of the letter, as in "Verification of Employment for Dr. Mrs. Joyce Onyema".
