Tou don’t qualify for a 3 year PGWP. The length of PGWP is related to the length of your program that you will be studying. You will qualify for a 1 year PGWP if yo7 take a 1 year program.

If your employer is willing to apply and pay for an LMIA you can try that route. LMIA and WP would both need to be approved. It is usually a 4-6 month process.

You can look at another course it would be at minimum 2 semesters.

Each course has to be at least 8 months to qualify for PGWP also all the other criteria must be met.

My course has 3 semester and the last one is internship..

Clarify exactly what you mean by online school. Are you coming to Canada with a study permit to study full time ?

Generally no, even when studying in Canada if majority of your classes are online you wouldn't qualify for PGWP.
