Regarding work experience for CEC

I have 7 months experience in NOC A and 7 months experience in NOC B. Am I still eligible for the Canadian experience class?
Or do I need 1 year experience in same noc level. Can I apply for CEC as its experience of 14 months? Please assist if anyone knows
