Regarding work experience duration ,Please help!!

Hello,

I have worked in 2 companies.
Timeline:- company 'X' is from Dec 28 2015, Till Feb 16 2016 [1 month 20 days]

company 'Y' from 31st March 2016 till now.[2 years 8 months 15 days ]

My question is can I claim points for work experience outside Canada of 3 years on Feb 10, 2019, I will complete 3 years with both the experiences? I have the same NOC code for both company X and Company Y.Also, do I need to attach reference letters as per CIC guidelines from company X as well?

Hello, Did you claim points for the Company X ? I was thinking of claiming points for a company i worked for two months, to complete three years. Is that an issue, if its only two months ?

Would be grateful for a reply.
