Same brother.
I've reapplied on 11th March no update till now.
Apart from that my college has sent a defferal mail in which they have said that my course has been deffered to Sept.

It is highly likely that any May start dates will be deferred so you need to contact your college . They may not reply immediately given colleges are all likely closed at the moment but you should try and keep checking the college website. IRCC are still processing but obviously applications are being delayed where there are staffing issues same as everyone.

If the school is still off and doing online classes you are unlikely to be able to enter Canada because and flights will be difficult to find. I would be planning for a potential deferral for various reasons.
