So the requirements are:

Minimum requirements

You must:

have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,
have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization,
meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing and listening),
plan to live outside the province of Quebec.

You seem to have worked remotely for over 7 months - out of 15?

However, you worked legally for Canadian employer and were receiving salary and paid taxes?

I dont CEC specifies that work has to be done onshore - however, here is the post which brings some doubt: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/cec-offshore-work-exp-t69075.0.html

Actually, the requirements pretty clearly state "work experience in Canada." Now, I don't think a business trip outside of canada would disqualify anyone, but being posted to an overseas office is different... t

So I would suggest, if possible, that you work another 4 months in Canada before applying -

The question here is what constitutes: work experience in Canada.

Physical presence (in CA) or legal (Canadian employer, salary, taxes, visa). :)

I guess you can talk to consultant or CIC directly.

I didn't understand can u make it clear that i have to work 7weeks extra or 7 month extra so as to cover up my 7 weeks vacations?
Plz reply
