I am currently planning to immigrate Canada through provincial nomination. I want to apply in the MPNP program. But, my NOC is not available in the occupation in demand list. It's not either in the removed job list as well. Rest of the criterion are matching with my qualification. So, If my NOC is not in the occupation in demand list, am I eligible to apply for the MPNP program? If I am eligible then what are the chances? Looking for some help here:) .

Which stream? Are your working in Manitoba or have family/friends in Manitoba?

My NOC is 4031. For MPNP I have assessed my score which is above 70. The relative is my uncle(father's brother).
That is a licensed profession as you need to have your Manitoba certification to teach. That is most likely why it is not on the list because you cannot immigrate to Manitoba and teach. Follow up with Manitoba Immigration, if you are even eligible.

what if I use NOC 4216(Tutor-secondary school subjects) which is not regulated and suitable with my profession as well. I have no interest in working in teaching profession. if NOC 4216 works then what kind of documents should I provide?

Actually, I have work experience as a Secondary teacher of 2 yrs which is in a private institution. I have worked as private tutor for more than 8 yrs which is unofficial. SO, that's why asking..
For you to use 4216 as your primary NOC, you will need proof of being a tutor and self employed - business registration, timesheets to show full time work over 8 years, receipts/contracts/invoices, payments, taxes etc.
