Regarding the student visa!

Hello everyone ,
My name is Hemanth and I am currently pursuing Bachelor's in Compute science and engineering.I love vfx and i would like to continue my carrier in vfx field itself.So I'm planning to study VFX in Canada itself.I have some questions regarding the student visa,
1- As I am currently studying in the computer engineering field and if i apply for vfx course in Canada, will I get the student visa because its two different field!.
2- In case if i want to apply in CS field itself , does backlog really matters ? Because i have 5-6 backlogs! Will that affect my student visa?.

Maximum number of backlogs should be 8 so you will have no issues . As for vfx mention strong reason in sop why are you planning to do this course rather than do something in your own field

It would be better to get the review from your consular. Search for SoP's online read few of them you will get to know how to write a good sop.
