Regarding the reference letter

Hi guys,

I'm a marketing executive, and I wanted to know if my reference letter for OINP must be issued by the marketing manager or the general manager.

well both your employment letter and reference letter are supose to be issued
signed and stamped by the GENERAL MANAGER with your companies letter headed paper, thats the best thing to do

The guide also says that the letter must be signed by your direct supervisor. Though it will be nice if it is signed by the general manager, a direct supervisor will suffice as long as the letter is done according to the requested format ( company letterhead and stamp if applicable)
