regarding spouse application

i am filling forms for my wife under family class for permanent residency in Canada but i am having a problem while filling generic form. And problem is that does she need to add me as a dependent in generic form since we do not have a child ?

I live in canada & I sponsored my husband who lives in Qatar since June 2013 and the status of our application has changed to in process since January 15,14.

My husband did the medical exam when we first submitted our application and submitted additinal docs upon their request back in September as well.

I just received an email today from Abu Dhabi office requesting him to undergo the medical exam again.

Can you please help us know how long after results are received at this stage will it take for them to request his passport? It's been 10 months now! Or is this a good sign, bad sign?

How long it will take them after he completes the new medical is anyone's guess, however you can take it is a good sign because they are actually working on his case if they want him to redo his medical. It is only asked because his previous one has now expired and he will need a current one in order to be granted his PR and to land.
