Please can anyone guide me urgently what documents needed from sponsor relative to support study permit application?

A notarized letter from them saying they will support you financially (be specific) and proof of financial support from them (bank statements, bank certificates, ITR, etc.)

Do need tax return? If , how many years?
Bank statement 6 months?
Affidavit
What else?

About 4 months will do. You can show as many documents as possible just to show that the sponsor is financially stable

U mean tax return of last 4 month from my sponsor?

4 months for statements. For ITR, I'm not sure. But my sponsor provided a year (2015) of itr
