regarding processing time for spousal application (VisA office : LOndon)

hello,
I was just wondering, does anybody know how long in general it took previous applications to get approved (DM)? I heard applications are processing really fast and are only taking a year to get visa?
plus i forgot to attach my upfront medical report with application, is it a big issue? Can i send them now or should i wait for them to ask for it?
just needed advise , would be really thankful if someone got ans yo my qs

Theres a London specific thread where people post their timelines about how long it is taking get through.


On a side note, shows how sad the processing times for Canadian family class system are that taking 1 year to get PR through spousal sponsorship can be considered really fast.
