Regarding post graduation work permit.

I am a student from Seneca college. I completed my first sem on campus and second sem online. I came back to India in June and finished my course 2 days ago. Now I just wanted to know how should I apply for the work permit/visa and how many days after the completion of course we're eligible to apply for it?

Im confused as people are telling me that it should applied within 90 days after you complete your course and receive the grades.
