Essentially your guess is as good as other people's. The draw points seem to have stabilised at around 441 and IRCC are now seeming to stabilise the number of ITAs at 3500 for each draw which has increased from 3000 in the last few draws. Draws are normally, but not always, every two weeks. The interval between draws sometimes varies around national and other holiday periods. The target for PR applications has increased slightly from last year and this seems to be reflected in the number of ITAs being issued currently. However it is difficult to pin down the proportion of ITAs which actually convert to completed applications. You only need a minor fluctuation to get your ITA and your wait time is fairly short compared to some. Good luck.
