Regarding pgwp

hi there, i have applied for pgwp few days back and i have provided the final transcript as a proof of my study completion. i received the transcripts and opened the seal and scanned it and uploaded it to my cic account.
my question is that can we open the seal of transcript to upload it or will it be a issue? please help me..
p.s somebody told me if we cannot open the transcripts..

Where did you scan them to? University or mycic?

Where did you scan them to? University or mycic?

I scanned it into my cic account while providing proof of my study completion along with my completion letter and diploma.
