Regarding PCC

Hi everyone,

I was all set apply for my common law sponsorship inland however my partner who is also the sponsor has to travel to his home country for 1.5 months. Therefore we are delaying to apply for it till he gets back.

I already have the Indian PCC (issue date 11/11/2020) and RCMP PCC (issue date October 26 2020). we are not going to apply for sponsorship may till February end or march 1st week. Should i apply for new PCC? I know that validity of the PCC IS 6 months but the already issued PCC will be 3 months old by the time i apply and if it takes even longer for the immigration to open my file, are there chances that they would return my application?

1) I send in my sponsorship application with a 8 month old police certificate it was not return they just ask for a updated police certificate since it expire.

2)If u don't leave Canada an return to your home country since u receive the police certificate I believe they won't ask for a next one.
