I applied to extend my caq and been asked for letter of explanation and insurance for the past caq duration,
I received my past caq in march 2016 whereas my course started in September 2015 finished in september 2016
I could not complete that course because I failed and took a new admission for march 2017
now the ministry is asking for Insurance from September to march where I didn't register for any course so i didn't have any insurance for that period so, what i have to submit for insurance and what for a letter of explanation..???
please let me know as soon as possible,,,
