My son in law and daughter wants to move canada permanently...He has sufficient points, working as technical lead but my one year grand daughter has pulmonary stenosis...she doesn't require any surgery right now? Will the ailment of my grand daughter will be any hinderece in getting the visa? If yes..pl tell me the way out..

I would expect that further medical tests will have to be done in order for CIC to decide. It will be dependent on the severity of the stenosis and whether it will require surgery. I would suspect that you will get a procedural fairness letter.
